01. About Me
Hello! My name is Lance Morales, and I build modern web applications across frontend and backend stacks. I enjoy turning business requirements into reliable products with a strong emphasis on clean code, testing, and long-term maintainability.
I'm a full stack software engineer with 2+ years of professional experience across React, Angular, Next.js, Laravel, and PostgreSQL. Most recently, I worked at Gemango, where I designed and tested application components, improved PDF workflows, strengthened security posture across CMS platforms, and collaborated closely with developers, managers, and stakeholders in a remote environment. I also had the privilege to work at Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 company, as a Software Engineer Intern, and gained valuable QA experience at CocoTech Solutions.

- Developed and optimized the PDF generation workflow for PledgeFront, including an alternative implementation when Browsershot failed in the VPS environment.

PledgeFront
A platform that connects NGOs, non-profit organizations and donors. Worked on backend API, frontend blade components, and communicated effectively with a 3-member dev team. Created RESTful endpoints following best practices, implemented PDF generation for grant proposals used in email campaigns, handled multiple tickets on time, and worked on Email Statistics API and Mailgun webhooks. Also developed the reports front-end UI in Angular.
